When booking Little Bear for the month, a deposit of ½ down + $500 security deposit secures the reservation with the remainder of the balance due upon arrival. If you cancel your reservation and we receive notice at least 90 days before your scheduled arrival, the deposit and security deposit will be forfeited. If canceled within 90 days, the balance of the rental will be due on the original check-in date. There are no refunds for early departures. Long term rentals are usually booked many months to years in advance, so late notice cancellations are virtually impossible to re-rent.
Keep your camera handy as this spot is known to be a favorite for elk and bighorn sheep. Be sure to drop a line in the river – many dinners have been caught from this cabin!
