This perfect Estes Park cabin, right on the banks of Fall River, is the ideal spot to unwind or to use as a basecamp for your mountain adventures. One of the original hunting cabins located in our offsite cluster of cottages, you’ll sleep amongst the towering pines and aspen. The logs used to build this cabin were harvested on site allowing you to not only stay in this historic dwelling, but experience a bit of the history as well. A queen bed and sofa sleeper will sleep up to four people and the fully equipped kitchen allows you prepare as many of your own meals as you’d like. Add to the ambiance with another log on the fireplace for those crisp mountain evenings. 

Pricing will be as follows:
June, July, August, September, & October:  $5,295/month in 2026 
November, December, January, February, March, April, & May: $2,995/month 

Booking Policies

  • • 1/2 Down at time of booking + $500 security deposit, remainder due at Check In
  • • Booking from 1st of Month to the last day of the month ONLY (check out on last day of month)
  • • NO TAXES
  • • $500 Security Deposit collected at time of booking
  • • Refundable within 2 weeks of departure baring no damage, excessive cleaning charges.
  • • IF booking 2 Months = 10% Off
  • • IF booking 3 or more Months = 15% off
  • • Dogs Allowed…NO MORE THAN 2, $300 FEE for first dog, $450 if 2 (Not refundable, extra fee) Per Month.

Housekeeping

  • Daily Housekeeping still a part of our services, as well as a weekly clean/change of sheets, vaccum and dust. 

Cancel Policy

When booking Little Bear for the month, a deposit of ½ down + $500 security deposit  secures the reservation with the remainder of the balance due upon arrival.  If you cancel your reservation and we receive notice at least 90 days before your scheduled arrival, the deposit and security deposit will be forfeited. If canceled within 90 days, the balance of the rental will be due on the original check-in date. There are no refunds for early departures. Long term rentals are usually booked many months to years in advance, so late notice cancellations are virtually impossible to re-rent.
