Check in on Sunday, December 22nd and check out on Friday, December 27th. Additional nights available for Holiday Daily Rate (call for details) of selected cabin. Note that we can have up to 10 parties for this package here at Castle Mountain Lodge. These sell out every year, so do book early if you want to secure the most memorable Christmas experience ever!
Note: Extra People may be added for $100 per person as cabin size allows.
And note that a deposit of half of the total is due at the time of booking to confirm.
Our most popular package is one you don’t want to miss! Bring your family out to experience a Rocky Mountain Christmas the old fashioned way. 2024 will be our seventh year offering this package at Castle Mountain Lodge. It keeps getting better and better each and every year!
Spend 6 days and 5 nights in one of our cabins. Check in on December 22 with a check out on December 27. Additional nights may be added. Want to bring your 4 legged family member? Dogs are allowed in select cabins for an additional $25/night per dog (2 doggies max). Let us know at the time of booking. **No check-ins on December 23rd.
Enjoy a cozy cabin in Estes Park and the Rocky Mountains at Castle Mountain Lodge. Enjoy our award winning Christmas Light display and on the 23rd, take a trip into the back country on a private 40 acre ranchette to pick out that perfect Christmas Tree. We’ll provide the saw, transportation, hot cocoa, donuts, and sleds for the excursion. Upon returning to the lodge, we’ll set your tree up in your cabin ready for you to decorate. We’ll also provide popcorn and cranberries so you can string your own decorations for your newly cut tree. Come on down to the lobby to partake in the stringing together, or we can bag up a kit for you to enjoy a more intimate family experience in your cabin. You will also get a commemorative ornament to kick off the decorating fun.
New: Santa will make a special visit for our kids on Christmas Eve at Castle Mountain Lodge between the hours of 4 and 6 pm by the courtyard adjacent our office. Please bring your children down for meeting Santa, simple gifts, and photo ops capturing the spirit of the season.

The perfect Estes Park Romance Package
Our most popular package is perfect for that two night, winter, mountain getaway with your special someone!
Warm up with your loved one and kick up your feet in front of a crackling fire during our Winter and Spring seasons (excludes holidays). Enjoy dinner for two at a local favorite, fresh flowers to welcome you “home,” two extra bundles of wood per day, a fireside snack basket, and a box of sweet chocolate confections. It’s a perfect mountain escape!

Hit the trails to enjoy our winter wonderland
Head for Rocky Mountain National Park’s hills and the beautiful winter wonderland that awaits you. Whether you are just going to enjoy a nice stroll around Sprague Lake or heading up to the divide via Flattop Mountain, the Park has some of the best snowshoeing routes for all abilities and fitness levels.

Treat the new mom-to-be like the queen she is! Your lives are about to change forever! Perhaps it’s time to take a moment, relax, and prepare yourselves for the journey of parenthood on which you’re about to embark. Let us pamper you a bit. Soak those aching feet in a soothing foot bath, and enjoy a pre-natal massage for our momma to be (and of course a massage for dad too!). Treat yourself to scrumptious chocolates from Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and a delicious, taste bud bursting, dinner at our favorite spot in town, Bird and Jim’s! Don’t worry Dad. We have you covered and looking good in welcoming your bride with a dozen roses to spoil her along with candles and extra firewood to keep the fire going during your stay. And for the new bundle of joy?
