We are pleased to offer several wonderful photography workshops led by Nathan Wood of Nathan Wood Photography. These workshops provide you with a guided experience in and around the Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park area. Whether you want that perfect shot of a rocky mountain sunrise, to get the Milky Way in all its glory over the iconic Longs Peak, or to capture the spring run-off at one of the parks 100’s of waterfalls, Nathan is your guy.
Sunrise Photography Workshop (year round)
Nathan will take you to that perfect spot, based on how far you want to hike, so you can capture that picture perfect sunrise of the Rockies. ($199 for up to two people – add $50 for each additional – Note that distance hiked may add to cost)
Night Sky Photography Workshop (May – October – weather permitting)
Head up to the Alpine Tundra along Trail Ridge Road (when open in the summer/autumn) and Nathan will show you how to capture the Milky Way over the high peaks, how to paint with light, or how to capture star trails in a truly stellar setting. ($199 for up to two people – add $50 for each additional)
Waterfall Photography Workshop (May – November)
Head into Rocky Mountain National Park with Nathan and he’ll take you to one of the hundreds of stunning waterfalls, based on your abilities (roadside or a ten mile trek into the back country). Capture motion with long exposure photography to get those classic silky waterfall images. ($199 for up to two people – add $50 for each additional – Note that distance hiked may add to cost)
