2013 Summer Rates

Minimum stay required at certain times of the year including summer and holidays

• Rates are for one or two occupants. Add $15 per night for each extra occupant (except infants under a year). Portable baby beds and air beds are $5 per day.
• Special, weekend and weekly rates are available only to guests making reservations directly with the Lodge. No other discounts apply.
• Rates include our traditional daily towel deliver. Full housekeeping service is available for an additional 15% service charge.
• If you are staying five nights or more, we'll be happy to reserve a specific cottage or room for you. If your visit will be shorter, select several alternatives so we'll know your preferences when we arrange the calendar.
• State and local taxes are 9.5%.
• Ask about our peripatetic pet policy before bringing your well-mannered dog. The charge is $15 per day per dog, limit two dogs.
• A deposit which prepays the first and last nights (or 25% of your visit if you'll stay more than a week) will confirm your rate and reservation. The balance is due upon arrival.
• You can pay the deposit or finance your visit with your VISA, MasterCard, or Discover card.
• If your plans change, your deposit (less a $50 change/cancel fee) will be refunded if we receive notice four weeks before your scheduled arrival or if we fill the vacancy without loss.
• Check in: between 3 and 9 pm. Check out: before 11 am.
